In last week’s column I had a request from Sam S. of Richmond Hill. He wanted to know the nutritional content of a Big Mac.

For those of you who have lived on Mars for the past 10 years, a Big Mac is the McDonalds Corporation’s way of making a hamburger.

Shoulder may be re-injured if he returns to hockey too soon

Question: While playing hockey last week I was hit into the boards. Most of the shock was taken by my right shoulder. I finished the game but that night my shoulder became very sore and stiff.
